Zurich-Beauty is committed to providing the best possible support after your purchase to insure that warranty issues are promptly and properly addressed. Warranties are in effect with every item Zurich-Beauty delivers and are issued by each respected manufacturer.

All hydraulic pumps are guaranteed to function properly for a period of 2 years from the date of invoice. Please note that all salon chairs have a weight limit of 250 lbs and barber chairs have a weight limit of 300 lbs. Our electronic appliances, including dryers, steamers, infrared lamps, and sanitizers are covered for a period of six months. This does not include damage caused by water, tampering, modifications, mishandling, abuse and/or misuse of appliances. For all remaining products, the warranty is valid for one year otherwise noted at the time of sale. In addition, many of our manufactures issue extended warranties that greatly increase the previously stated time periods. Any open box or floor models are sold as is and do not include a warranty unless otherwise noted at the time of sale.

Only a licensed professional should install shampoo / backwash units for safety and code compliance. Failure to use a licensed plumber or contractor may result in unlawful building code violations and will void the product warranty. Zurich-Beauty and its manufactures recommend that all plumbing and electrical work be done by licensed professionals who are familiar with the local building codes. A licensed plumber must install all plumbing fixtures. Failure to do so may void your warranty. You must maintain a copy of your licensed plumber's invoice and permitted documentation for proof should a claim be made under your warranty. Zurich-Beauty shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased. The warranties offered are non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser on record. Zurich Beauty may repair or replace goods at their discretion. Clients must submit photo/video evidence of any defects in order to qualify for replacements parts. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to sending replacements after the products have been in the customer's possession for more than 30 days.

LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover customer installation, set-up, adjustments and damage due to improper use of maintenance, connection to improper plumbing supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a authorized professional to service this product. Problems that result from external causes such as: accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power or plumbing systems. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. This warranty is null and void if the product is removed from its place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with proper codes and ordinances. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to ebsite are brand-new and backed by the applicable manufacturers' warranties. The default warranty or length of time the warranty is applicable varies from company to company: products are supported in accordance with the terms and conditions of each individual manufacturer. What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Cards - We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Paypal - PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 96 million member accounts in 55 countries and regions. 

Wire Transfer - For larger orders we may be able to accept Wire Transfer payment. Please contact our customer service line at 1.888.749.8742 for more information on this service.

Please note: Orders placed with other payment types including BillMeLater, Paypal, and credit card will be processed immediately. Credit Card payments for larger orders may require confirmation that the shipping address is a verified address with the card holder.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This confirmation will include both an invoice for record of payment and your Zurich Beauty Order Number. This email is your receipt – if by chance you lose it, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a copy. Please review it upon receipt to check for any unwanted errors – catching them early is key.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us, please contact us to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your account email address and order number – if you have not received it, there may be an error in your email address within our accounts. We will provide a new confirmation on the spot.

Sales Tax

Zurich Beauty does not charge Sales Tax within the USA, except within the states of Illinois and California.
